George Effrim Essandoh is a Professional Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Ghana, and a registered member of the Engineering Council of Ghana, with over a decade of hands-on experience in structural engineering, building design coordination, and construction supervision.
Silas Mensah is a civil engineer with 18 years of experience in building and telecommunication construction. BSc in Civil Engineering from KNUST and an HND from Accra Technical University, plus certifications in Architectural Draughtsmanship and Building Technology.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from KNUST and has worked on major residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects valued in both Ghana Cedis and US Dollars.
He has strong expertise in cost planning, tendering, contract administration, interim valuations, final accounts, and project cost control, with hands-on experience using industry tools such as PlanSwift, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office. He is known for his attention to detail, financial discipline, and ability to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining quality and value for clients.
Felix Gyamera Amoah is an experienced Aluminium Estimator, Fabricator, and IT Engineer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in the fabrication and installation of aluminium sliding windows and doors. He holds a BSc in Information Technology from Methodist University Ghana, combining technical fabrication expertise with strong analytical and digital skills.

encompassing both architectural design and construction delivery. He has successfully managed and
executed projects across a wide range of scales, from residential developments to commercial
projects, demonstrating a strong command of the full project lifecycle and on-site execution.
He received his architectural education at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology
(KNUST) and is professionally certified by the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA) as well as the
Architects Registration Council (ARC). These credentials reflect his commitment to professional
